Sunita LeGallou is a writer and visual artist who is inspired by music and live performance. Working primarily on paper, she uses fluid media, such as watercolor and India inks, to convey an emotional, intuitive response to the music as it is being played.

She also finds inspiration in nature and the outdoors, frequently incorporating natural patterns and organic shapes into her abstract work.  When not painting, she can be found hiking or backcountry skiing with a sketchbook in hand. She is currently working on her first novel.
